Manufacturing Techniques Program: Cornwall

This twelve week Manufacturing Operator Program has been created in response to employer needs in the industry sector. The program will incorporate curriculum and scheduling as industry representatives have advised. Students successfully completing this training will benefit from local employer recognition of the program and will in some cases be recognized with preferred status in the hiring process.

Students will acquire the knowledge required to be productive in the dynamic setting of manufacturing:

  • Program content based on local manufacturers’ recommendations
  • Includes manufacturing processes, quality concepts, safety and teamwork
  • Receive industry-recognized certifications in Lockout Tag Out, Working at Heights, Safe Food Handling, First Aid/CPR, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Fork Lift and Safety Training
  • Trainees may have preferred status in the hiring process
  • Our team will help you find employment
