Cooking and Catering Training

St. Lawrence College is presenting an eight week, Cooking and Catering Training Program to help you prepare for employment in restaurants, catering companies, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.

This eight-week program will provide you with the skills employers are looking for! You will graduate with well-rounded knowledge and training in preparing, cooking, and assembling a wide variety of foods, safe food handling, WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, and Smart Serve.

This program runs from May 4 – June 26, 2020

Funding may be available to cover tuition and transportation through the Government of Canada’s Opportunities Fund (Skills for Employment).
